Mid-Level Bilingual Accounting Analyst – International Controllership (SSC - Shared Services Center)

Randoncorp has an open position for a Mid-Level Bilingual Accounting Analyst to join the International Controllership team at the Shared Services Center (SSC) of Caxias do Sul/RS.

In this role, you will work directly with the accounting processes of Randoncorp’s international subsidiaries, within a dynamic, collaborative, and continuously evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and validate accounting and tax records and documentation;
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes and related financial analyses for management reporting;
• Prepare notes to the financial statements and other accounting reports relevant to the area;
• Support internal and external audits, and government authorities;
• Calculate taxes applicable to the international entities supported by the SSC;
• Prepare and review statutory and ancillary tax obligations;
• Continuously seek process improvements;
• Perform account reconciliations;
• Ensure compliance with the company’s accounting policies, guidelines, and internal controls.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
• Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC);
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
• Advanced level of English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Systemic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritize demands;
• Team-oriented professional, willing to make a difference and interested in working in a collaborative, innovative, and challenging environment;
• Previous experience in an accounting firm or in a medium/large-sized company;
• Knowledge of automation tools and process optimization solutions.
